I found the scheduling of the appointment and the follow up by the company quite pleasing always keeping me the know on my appt and technician. I especially liked the picture of who would be completing the service call. Chad showed up in the time frame given and was highly professional and friendly. Diagnosed the problem in a short period of time and was respectful of our property. I was notified when part arrived within 2 days and requested Chad for service which they obliged. The technician came and recognized immediately what was wrong with it. We had to schedule a second visit because there was no part available. But it was so easy making the appointments, and the technician was very polite, quick and professional. It was overall a very positive experience. The washing machine is back to working right now. He diagnosed my problem immediately and ordered the correct parts the first time around. I have a Bosch fridge model number B36CD50SNS/06. I have had it for 13 months. The ice maker located in the top left of the fridge stopped making ice and started making a knocking noise. He replaced the flap, control unit, and ice maker. And boom, I now have ice. As important as the technician is, the dispatch team is equally as important. Their rep was in constant contact with me, both emailing and texting. I was asked what date and time was best for service, I was sent reminders for the service date, their driver’s location, they texted before arriving and again after completing the service to check in. I have had broken appliances in the past and have had to replace them all. I so wish RPS Appliance Repair had been referred to be prior - for sure they could have taken care of the issues. The RPS technician identified how the new line would have to be installed and went to work. He gave an excellent explanation and went above and beyond to help us understand the timeline of the parts and repair process.
